  How can I request a transfer?

  1. Select your pickup and destination location and requested time and date.

  2. Select the type of transport vehicle, number of passengers (Adults/ Children) and baggage and any extra information if necessary (comments).

  3. Provide your contact details to receive an offer from the carriers, along with the vehicle information

  What does hourly car rental mean?

You can rent a car with a driver on hourly bases. If you have more than one location to travel along your own route.

  1. Select the start and end date/time and enter the trip details for the driver in the comments field of your order form.
  2. your pickup, destination locations and route ending point and your requested time and date.
  3. Please include relevant information such as stops along the route, locations and time schedule, vehicle and driver preferences, to get the best and more accurate priced offers based on your travel details.

  What does this transfer fee cover?

Transfer offer their own prices according to your request. The driver's fee includes free waiting time (60 minutes at airports, sea or river passenger port terminals, 30 minutes at train stations, 15 minutes at all other locations), fuel fees, if applicable, and road tolls.

 

  What if the driver didn't come?

Try contacting your driver first. The driver's contact details are indicated in the transfer information in your personal account. If you are unable to contact the driver by phone or chat, please report this to support.

 

  Are meals included in my hotel booking?

Your confirmation will list any meals that are or aren't included.

 

  How do I confirm that I paid for my booking?

You’ll will receive a payment confirmation by email, there's also an option to download the payment confirmation as a .pdf.

 

  Can I cancel my booking?

If your booking is non-refundable, you can't cancel. If your booking is free cancellation or partially refundable you can according to what is mentioned in the confirmation mail.

 

  Can I schedule a tour at any time of day?

Theoretically we can schedule the tour for any time of the day. We just wanted to reduce the complexity of our booking system and therefore have recommended start times. Please let us know, if you wish to start at another time in the comments section of your booking form or when you contact us via email. Generally, we will be happy to start at any time of the day from 8am until 8pm but it depends on the availability. 

For certain tours we depend on the opening hours of the places we visit though. In this case we will let you know, whether your proposed time is possible or not.

All details regarding included services are mentioned in your booking confirmation, otherwise it is excluded.
